Project Description

Currently wiring the ninety-two unit, extended stay facility in Bismarck. Residence Inn will feature ninety-two guest rooms consisting of one and two bedroom suites. Rooms feature kitchenettes or full kitchens, cable television and high-speed internet (both wired and wireless). The facility also has a pool/spa area and workout room, business center and conference/banquet/dining facilities. Expanded guest laundry facilities are also available. Mayer Electric assisted in the redesign of the main electrical service to provide for dual metering resulting in reduced electrical usage costs in cooperation with the local utility. Projected completion is July 1st, 2012.
